The Checker ensures the accurate number of PSACC container vans that arrived and that will voyage. The incumbent is also responsible in communication information to the labors and forement TEU Checking Make sure that the quantity, weight and packaging of goods are all accurate and follow the standards, and the goods are arranged accordingly and safely in the container van.
Check the schedule of vessels and TEU information from softship (inbound and outbound).
Check the inbound and outbound containers.
Inform stakeholders about the stowage plan of cargos.
Check, count and encode all the empty containers in the soft ship.
Support the rolling cargo processes as needed.
Educational Background:
Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or other relevant course.
Years of Related Experience:
Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience as a checker, a loader or unloader or other similar or experiences.
Skills Required:
Familiarity with inventory management, recording, and counting.
Organizational, planning and time management skills.
Diligent with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills to proactively manage project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
Good Organization, has the ability to organize.
