Payloader/Backhoe Operator
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
- Operate payloader safely and efficiently to transport materials such as soil, gravel, or sand.
- Load materials into trucks, bins, or other equipment as required.
- Inspect the equipment daily and perform necessary routine maintenance such as checking fluid levels, tire pressures, and fuel levels.
- Ensure the work site is clear of debris and hazards before operating equipment.
- Collaborate with other workers and department heads to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere to company safety policies and regulations to prevent accidents.
- Report any malfunctions or issues with the equipment to supervisors or mechanics.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a backhoe to dig trenches, excavate land, remove debris, and perform other tasks as directed by department head.
- Ensure the machine is well-maintained by checking hydraulic systems, fuel, and other necessary components before and after shifts.
- Communicate with the supervisors to ensure tasks are being completed on schedule and to required specifications.
- Adhere to all safety standards while operating machinery, including maintaining proper signage and barriers in the work zone.
- Identify and report any mechanical issues or defects to the maintenance team for prompt repairs.
- Assist with other construction-related tasks when necessary, including grading, leveling, or material movement.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work site, removing any unnecessary materials or debris.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a payloader operator/ backhoe operator.
- Certification or licensing to operate heavy machinery may be required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on rough terrain.
- Physical stamina and coordination to handle heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and machine maintenance.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
