Key Responsibilities: - Assist in scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing. - Monitor and record vehicle usage and mileage logs. - Ensure all vehicles are properly fueled, cleaned, and ready for use. - Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies. - Assist in ordering, encoding, receiving, and stocking motorpool supplies and parts. - Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure records are up-to-date. - Maintain organized records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections. - Prepare reports on vehicle status, usage, and maintenance schedules. - Assist in tracking and documenting driver assignments and schedules. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations. - Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition. - Report any safety concerns or vehicle issues to the supervisor promptly. - Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation. - Provide administrative support to the motorpool manager and team as needed. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs and parts procurement. Qualification: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course - Preferably knowledgeable in warehouse tools, equipment and vehicle parts but not required - Previous experience in a motorpool, automotive, or logistics environment is an advantage but not required - Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance is a plus but not required. - Familiarity with inventory management software is preferred.
