Billing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Prepare and issue invoices for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and ensure billing is aligned with project progress.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues related to invoicing.
- Maintain up-to-date billing records and generate regular reports on billing status and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to billing and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with the finance team to improve billing processes and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures, financial regulations, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using billing and accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction project management and cost tracking is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- 13th month salary
