Job Purpose
The Billing Assistant is in-charge of the billing for APDS loans and reviews the adequacy and accuracy of the data in the billing list.
Main Accountabilities:
· Responsible for the downloading of Billing List from the system.
· Checks accuracy of data particularly on the division, station, and employee number of the teacher/borrower.
· Prepares hard copy and soft copy of the Billing List.
· Endorses Billing List to APDS Liaison Officer.
· Check list of billing against the report to see if there are accounts not deducted.
· Ensures inclusion of undeducted account to the next billing.
· Performs other functions as required.
