Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitates the processing of documents for approval of designated officers and delivery to government agencies.
• Assists filing of documents and maintenance of equipment's.
• Assists in Tellering jobs after doing errands tasks.
• Performs such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Can work on weekends
• Must be detail-oriented
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be sufficiently versatile; quick to respond to the new methods and procedures and flexible in adjusting to work load fluctuations.
• Available for immediate employment
• Willing to do field work
• Preferably with driver's license
