Area Accountant
- Responsible in supervising the finances of the Area Office including budgeting, disbursement and reimbursement of cash, payments, advances, and other finance related transactions
- Train Accounting Staff/ Associate and other newly hired employees who are involved in the Accounting processes and procedures
- Participates in the formulation and implementation of Accounting Policies and Procedures
- Recommends and formulates strategies for the enhancement and improvement of the Accounting Department
- Evaluate cash status of the branch, recommends funding requirements of the branches and area
- Facilitate tax mapping violations resolution and visit BIR/LGU for possible solution in coordination with HO Accounting Department-Compliance Section
- Conducts monthly visit to branches under the area of responsibility, during monthly visit, evaluate and recommend sanctions on infractions discovered
- Ensure that the daily reports of the branches have been submitted
- Graduate of Accountancy or its equivalent
- With at least 1 year experience in Financial preparation
- Good decision making and execute timely initiatives with less follow-up reminders and repetitive coaching from superior(s)
- Basic ability to use computer software, such as Word, Power Point, Excel
- With good oral and written English communication
- Knows how to handle pressures and must be flexible enough to cope with the demands of the job.
- Ability to handle sensitive and classified information and records.
- Available for immediate employment
