Office Assistant (3-month Contract)
The office assistant will perform various administrative and clerical tasks not limited to the following:
Contract length: 3 months
Schedule:
- Filling and maintaining office files and documents
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Sorting and sending email
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Contract length: 3 months
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
