With or without experience in sales or retail of laboratory supplies, reagents, and equipment.
Job Objective:
As a Professional Sales Representative, or more officially known as Professional Service Representative, he/she will be responsible to conduct sales and promotion of the company’s product portfolio to clinical laboratories in private & government hospitals, free-standing laboratories within a designated area or territory.
To achieve the sales targets as projected and to work out effective marketing and sales strategies to expand and grow the business within the designated area or territory
To identify sales prospects, prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
To develop product knowledge and selling skills that will be used in all levels on the sales process from prospecting, qualifying, solutions presentation, negotiation and implementation.
To establish and maintain current and potential client relationships, and develop key-opinion leaders .
To process and address customer feedbacks, concerns and complaints, as well as competitors’ activity, for the company to adapt and respond the need of the market by brick-walling and increasing the product mix within an existing customer. Moreover, use these pertinent market data to gain new client by product conversions or shifting.
