Job Summary: The Mall Marketing Supervisor will oversee and implement marketing strategies and campaigns designed to increase foot traffic, enhance the mall’s brand presence, and drive sales for our tenants. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and community partners to execute marketing plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the mall and its events, aligning with the mall’s goals and objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage mall events, promotions, and seasonal activities, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and media outlets to enhance the mall’s visibility and reputation.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Tenant Relations: Work closely with mall tenants to understand their marketing needs and develop joint promotional activities to drive their success.
• Brand Management: Ensure the mall’s branding and messaging are consistent across all marketing channels and materials.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or mall environment.
