Merchandise Associate is responsible for supporting the store’s day-to-day merchandising and product organization, ensuring that products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and readily accessible to customers. The role involves working closely with store management and other associates to maintain a neat, appealing, and shopper-friendly environment.

- Assist in the stocking, organization, and display of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Maintain product presentation standards by ensuring items are correctly labeled and tagged.
- Replenish products on shelves, ensuring consistent stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about products, promotions, and availability.
- Assist in unpacking deliveries and processing stock.
- Follow store procedures related to loss prevention and inventory control.
