JOB SUMMARY
1. Execute the output of the saute station on-time and up to the standards set by the Head Cook
2. Adhere to the food safety guidelines set by the Head Cook
3. Assist the Head Cook in training junior saute cooks or incoming saute cooks.
4. Lead the receiving process of all raw materials during the designated weekly schedule by adhering to the Receiving procedures.
5. Inform the Head Chef, Head Cook, or Restaurant Manager when raw materials are delivered with discrepancies from the Purchase Order or Raw Materials Standards.
6. Set up sauté stations according to the par stock list
7. Prepare food for service according to the par stock and standards
8. Execute the recipes according to the product manual
9. Report to the head chef and follow through on their instructions
10. Clean up station at the start and end of the shift
11. Correctly log station wastages and spoilages
12. Comply with food safety and hygiene standards
