JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our plumbing systems in our retail locations. Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable in maintaining our plumbing infrastructure and addressing any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems in our retail locations to identify and resolve any issues
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems in accordance with regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with construction teams to oversee the installation of new plumbing systems in our retail locations
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies or requests for repairs, and ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning drains and replacing worn-out parts, to prolong the life of plumbing systems
• Keep accurate records of all plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance activities
• Train and mentor junior technicians, providing them with guidance and support in their professional development

Job Specifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Sanitary Engineering.
• At least 5 years of established experience as a Master Plumber
• With valid and updated Master Plumber license and certifications
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
• Excellent understanding of different plumbing materials and their usage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and efficiently
• Must exhibit good leadership skills
• Exceptional attention to details and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
• Physical stamina and strength
• Flexible in terms of work designation
