About the Role: We are seeking a driven and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone with a well-established network, capable of generating high-quality leads for sales and recruitment across multiple industries. You'll be working in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST). Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads for sales and candidate sourcing within industries such as marketing, PR, advertising, private equity, and legal/law firms. - Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients and candidates via phone calls, email campaigns, and other outbound strategies. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, collaborating closely with the sales and recruitment teams. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in North America. - Use your network and experience to develop strategic relationships, fostering long-term partnerships. - Work autonomously, meeting deadlines and lead generation targets in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: - Proven experience in lead generation and business development for industries such as marketing agencies, PR, digital/advertising, private equity, and legal/law firms. - Existing network of contacts within the above industries to leverage for sales and recruitment leads. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Must be comfortable working the EST time zone. - Strong ability to cold call and build rapport with prospective clients and candidates. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience working with North American companies. - Experience in using CRM tools and lead generation platforms to track leads and manage follow-ups.
