Key Accounts Specialist
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Manage clients’ expectations by thoroughly explaining process, identifying and mitigating challenges, and establishing clear communication lines.
- Promote company services, products, and opportunities to key accounts.
- Identify and develop relationships and collaborate with key account contacts.
- Market, sell, and service clients’ projects, and negotiate for future business.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies
- Manage the fulfillment of sales orders.
- Make presentations to groups of clients and other industry related contacts.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
- May perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any business-related course.
- 2+ years proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales management.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork activities and open to relocation (if necessary).
- Can work under pressure with less supervision.
- Team player.
