Conducts regular and/or spot check inventories of common items, consumables, and reagents.

Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged items and report to procurement for proper coordination with supplier.
MATERIAL REQUISITION / SYUKKO
Generate and printing of requested stocks in NPAX, Material requestions.
Picking and preparation of stocks, checking request vs actual stocks to pull out.
Processing of manual SYUKKO by printing requests and scanning barcodes for items already released the previous night/day.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Generating of inventory list from NPAX and editing report in excel.
Month end inventory process of non-working and working stocks.
Checking of expiry dates and managing of nearly expiry items.
Checking and validating pending requests / invoices
Month end inventory process and reports.
MONITORING, FILING, ORGANIZING OF IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
Monitors, updates and files and organizes Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Certificate of Product Registry (CPR) and FDA.
Update validity monitoring reports of all SDS, CPR and FDA.
Request, follow ups, updated SDS, CPR and FDA through emails and calls with suppliers.
Organizing and filling of original invoices.
Printing of POs, photocopying of supplier's SIs and DRs, organizing of documents for submission to finance.
Generate received report from NPAX and edit detail based on SI from supplier for transmittal to finance.
PURCHASE REQUEST
Creation and processing of Purchase Requests as required and submits to procurement for PO processing.
Coordinates and follow up with procurement team on expected deliveries orders.
REPORTS
Purchase history, generating report from data engine and Pivot, PO Log sheet
Other reports that might be needed pertaining to inventory and warehousing.
ADHOC Task
From time-to-time other duties may be assigned by the immediate superior and the post holder will be expected to take on such variations within the constraints of the levels of proficiency and responsibility.
