Must be at least graduate of any business course, accounting or equivalent.
At least 1-2 year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Must be computer literate.
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.
Preferably with work experience in cold storage operations.
Must have good communication and writing skills.
Job Description:
Responsible in monitoring inventory & physical count of Stored products/goods/services on a daily basis & or at least once a week.
Responsible in maintaining proper documentation of Stored products/goods, and inventory of files &/or documents necessary to establish audit trail for both internal and external interests.
Responsible in preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports on existence, expiry spoilage, wastage, losses of stored products/goods/activities related.
Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate submission of inventory reports on daily, week, monthly & yearly basis.
Responsible in updating and maximizing the pallet utilization rate at all times.
Responsible in conducting physical count of products/goods/inventories and its reconciliation vs. actual client records.
Responsible in monitoring correct value and quantity of inventories in the warehouse management system.
Other duties inherent to the position and that may be assigned from time to time.
