The Inventory Supervisor manages the inventory processes and its implementations, works with plan and schedules aligned with inventory policies and guidelines with the inventory controller, inventory clerk & Material Planner Inventory Controller. 1.1 Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the inventory supervisor facilitates, oversees and handle the mid-level management functions of the inventory management, which is more of the implementation of the inventory standards, inventory processes, inventory level, inventory policies, guidelines and instructions. 1.2 Receives the inventory plan from the MPIC or inventory manager, check and verify inventory records, make a more detailed planning of how the material requirement can be met. 1.3 Daily analysis of the inventory level, inventory cycle, vs the operations/ project requirements by monitoring and regularly checking with the warehouses, the systems and the actual stocks. 1.4 Reports to the inventory manager any inventory level that is beyond the minimum or within the re ordering level. 1.5 Conduct train and orient and develop warehouse personnel, inventory controller, inventory clerk and any personnel involved in the effective implementation of the inventory management. 1.6 Administratively collaborates with other department functions who has impact on the inventory management such as the systems, production planning, operations project planning and scheduling, site supervisors and engineers, logistics, purchasing etc. 1.7 Handling discrepancies, inventory variances, administers reconciliations and recommends adjustments. Qualifications · BS Industrial Engineering Graduates · Familiar with warehousing practices and principles · Familiar with Construction Materials & Spare Parts Equipment & Tools. · Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
