Inside Sales Representative – The AI Factor Institute

Pay will depend on experience
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative for The AI Factor Institute will play a key role in driving the sales and engagement process for our high-impact AI workshops, courses, and events. This position is ideal for a disciplined and motivated individual with a strong track record in virtual inside sales. The role focuses heavily on structured follow-ups and lead management, requiring someone who can excel in a remote environment while ensuring that all leads are meticulously nurtured from inquiry to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement and Follow-Up
  • Respond to and proactively engage with leads generated through inbound marketing campaigns, email inquiries, and referrals.
  • Conduct timely and consistent follow-up via email, phone, and virtual meetings to convert leads into confirmed participants for The AI Factor Institute programs.
  • Implement a disciplined and organized follow-up system, ensuring no leads are left unattended.
Sales Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities and interactions with potential clients.
  • Move prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to final registration or sale, ensuring regular follow-up at each stage.
  • Manage multiple leads simultaneously while personalizing communication for each prospect.
Virtual Sales Presentations
  • Conduct virtual meetings to introduce prospects to The AI Factor Institute’s offerings, highlighting the value and relevance of AI education.
  • Address client needs and customize presentations to demonstrate how the institute’s programs can meet their specific goals.
  • Maintain high conversion rates through effective communication and follow-up.
Reporting and Metrics
  • Provide regular reports to the sales manager, outlining progress, key sales metrics, and pipeline status.
  • Track performance metrics such as response times, follow-up frequency, and conversion rates to optimize sales strategies.
Collaboration with Marketing Team
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on messaging and lead generation strategies.
  • Provide feedback to help refine campaigns and improve the quality of leads being generated.
Customer Relationship Building
  • Build strong relationships with leads, ensuring that they have all the necessary information and support to make decisions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for any follow-up questions, offering excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
  • Highly organized with strong discipline in follow-up and lead management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of The AI Factor Institute programs.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, while adhering to structured sales processes.
  • Results-driven, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially in selling educational programs, training, or corporate workshops.
  • Familiarity with AI, data science, or technology-related fields is a plus.
  • Comfort with virtual tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams for conducting sales presentations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php59,252.00 - Php300,800.00 per year
