Role: Inside Sales Agent
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time
Work Setup: WFO (Office-based)
Responsibilities:

• Review financial statements and credit reports to determine client eligibility.
• Receive inbound calls and applications from potential clients through various marketing channels.
• Assist customers by gathering information on their financial situation and presenting possible solutions, including enrollment in our program.
• Provide accurate information regarding clients' financial analyses.
• Maintain a consultative relationship with customers throughout the process.
• Gain expertise in aligning clients' needs with the benefits of our program, helping accelerate their path to financial independence. Required.
• Execute orders using the company's central database and computer system; experience in sales is required.
• Maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Review potential opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies for each customer account.
• Track record of maintaining, prospecting, and developing a strong account base.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Sales Background or Strong Ability to Sell.
• Some technical/computer knowledge is a must.
• Goal-Oriented: You have a sense of urgency in completing your assigned tasks and achieving targets.
• Multitasking: You thrive while managing multiple clients with diverse needs.
