- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR roles: Including experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance.
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate and resolve workplace disputes.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in tasks like payroll processing, compliance documentation, etc.
- Employee Relations: Knowledge of best practices for employee engagement, retention, and conflict resolution.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Understanding the hiring process, from job postings to interviewing.
- Compensation and Benefits: Familiarity with pay structures, employee benefits, and incentive programs.
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
