Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Knowledgeable in HR functions such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, and development is an advantage
Ability to develop a working relationship with the interfacing department
Proficient in Microsoft Office or HRIS
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Pasig City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing support to various HR functions but not limited to implementation and strengthening of employee onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, policy implementation, and others
Conduct new employee orientation, prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transfer, and promotion, and others
Assist the HR Department in various projects such as company events and trainings
