Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation sessions.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Support conflict resolution and mediate discussions between employees and management.
- Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain records of employee performance and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
