· Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR leadership role · In-depth knowledge of HR and OD best practices, employment laws, and regulations · Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization · Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives · Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence organizational culture · Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement. · Familiarity with HR technology and systems, including HCMS, LMS, AND LXP platforms · Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month Benefits:
