Food and Beverage Supervisor
- Overseeing the activities of the staffs as well as the front and back of house personnel. Ensure all store team members are presentable and ready for day-to-day
- Maintain high-quality food standards.
- Maintain records such as but not limited to clients’ database, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Oversee the cleanliness and compliance with the health code of our kitchen staff.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and inspire your team to do the same.
- Quickly address client complaints and successfully resolving them.
- Project future demands for kitchen goods, supplies, and cleaning materials with the help of the kitchen side and cashier side.
- Continually keep track of all required supplies.
- Identify ways to reduce waste, lower expenses, and boost revenues for the store.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all store equipment
- Proper delegation of work responsibilities
- Ordering, purchasing and monitoring of stocks and inventory
- Other tasks that may be so assigned within the area of the administrative function.
Pay: From Php10,000.00 per month
