Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our team at Quezon City. The F&B Supervisor will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Daily F&B Operations Supervision:
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and banquets.
Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Assist in the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and banquets to drive revenue and enhance guest experience.
Staff Management and Training:
Supervise, train, and support F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and banquet staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards and hotel policies.
Conduct regular training sessions on service techniques, menu knowledge, and health and safety protocols.
Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in conducting performance appraisals.
Guest Service and Satisfaction:
Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service at all F&B outlets.
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner, implementing service recovery when necessary.
Promote upselling of menu items, beverages, and special promotions to maximize revenue.
Inventory and Cost Control:
Assist in managing inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
Monitor and control costs by minimizing waste, optimizing portion sizes, and ensuring proper storage and handling of products.
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with purchasing decisions to maintain cost efficiency.
Compliance and Health & Safety:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as local regulations and hotel policies.
Conduct regular inspections of F&B areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Ensure staff adheres to personal hygiene and grooming standards and follows food safety procedures.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the kitchen, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and coordinated service delivery.
Communicate effectively with staff and management to relay guest feedback, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss F&B performance, guest feedback, and strategies for improvement.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on F&B sales, inventory, guest feedback, and staff performance.
Assist in analyzing sales trends and customer preferences to help develop strategies for menu planning and promotions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, operations, and guest service standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in F&B management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of local health, safety, and labor regulations in the Philippines is an advantage.
