As a Field Sales representative (Sales Development Officer), you will be responsible for developing referral networks and extending market reach. Additionally, you will be maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients by visiting and helping them solve issues and concerns. Other responsibilities include:
Meeting sales targets from a successful negotiation from existing and potential customers in accordance with the Basic Call Procedure within a set territory.
Achieving collection targets for active accounts and effectively clears outstanding balances from inactive accounts, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Building and maintaining relationships with covered customers by engaging in effective negotiations to ensure positive customer experience and support sales growth.
Effectively and efficiently manages coverage planning, organizing documents, prospecting new customers, merchandising and promotions, and maximizes utilization of the SDO’s tools of trade to maximize productivity and achieve exceptional results.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
College graduate preferably degree course in Business (Management, Economics, Marketing) or Engineering
Preferably with at least two (2) years of sales experience.

Effective Communication and presentation skills to articulate product benefits, can clearly present ideas both in verbal and in written formats, build rapport with customers and drive successful sales outcomes.
Negotiation and Persuasion Skills, anchored on winning the customers through benefit selling.
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills through strategic and proactive methods resulting in increased business opportunities and revenue growth.
Account Development, to build and maintain goodwill across all customers of the assigned territory.
Excellent organization and time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance field and non-field activities to increase productivity.
Collaboration, through sharing and application of best practices to deliver good results both for FELCO and its customers.
