EYEWEAR MANAGER (POOLING) AT A GLANCE Our Eyewear Area Manager is in-charge of ensuring the highest level of customer experience and maintaining the operations and visual presentation of 2 to 3 malls. This role is also responsible for overseeing and conducting customer transactions through the Point-of-Sale System, and developing and training staff, customer service, maintaining a current and correct inventory and ensuring that financial objectives are met and that all aspects of store are always running smoothly. YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Delegating and supervising business operations
Making sure that 100% customer service is being observed in the stores handled
Training, Motivating and Coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
Audits the processes being performed by team members to ensure everything is up to company standard
Manages inventory by making sure request are made if needed and deliveries are on time. Ensures that inventory count is 100% accurate and zero loss
Continuously analyze information and develop new processes that are more effective and efficient
Establishing and achieving business profit objective
Generating reports and presenting information to upper level managers or
Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
Maintenance of the store, planogram execution, stockroom organization should all be observed
Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor’s degree/Extensive experience
Has 2+ years of experience in retail operations
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with a goal‐ oriented attitude
