Executive Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Provide administrative assistance such as writing and editing emails, drafting memo, and preparing communication on executive level
- Maintain comprehensive and accounting details
- Perform minor accounting duties
- Organize meetings including scheduling, sending invites and reminders, prepare/order food when necessary
- Answer phone calls in professional manner; welcome visitors and direct to appropriate department
- Manage executive calendar; make appointments
- College graduate preferably business course
- Above average communication skills; business English
- Time management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools, soft ware and systems
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
