Assist in the preparation and review of our ESG reporting process through timely and accurate calculations, results analysis, and responding to internal audit and external partner requests
Ensure documentation and reporting practices are performed in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
Support team compliance with external ESG regulatory requirements and internal controls
Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation that may affect the company's reporting and compliance procedures
Conduct training sessions for company personnel on financial compliance and best practices as needed
Perform ESG adhoc tasks, analysis and reporting as needed
Degree in accounting or any business-related course
2. Accounting
Prepare and send invoices, credit memos, and purchase orders.
Process company receipts, sales invoices, and payments from customers and suppliers
Monitor accounts payable, following up on outstanding balances when required
Maintain exact financial records noting employer's incoming and outgoing finances
Reconcile bank statements
Process employee wages and expense claims
Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Create regular financial reports
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, composing correspondence, and recording minutes at meetings
3. Accounting Software Development and Management
Help create and support applications used for accounting purposes
Ensure the software correctly manages each account and transaction
Run reports to evaluate the current financial situation of Property Businesses
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in accounting, accounting technology, management accounting an the like (Plus points for CPA)
Atleast 1 year of experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, accounting, external financial reporting, audit, finance, or a combination
Preferably with knowledge on various ESG reporting frameworks
Preferably able to handle or be part of the Software developments in Accounting
