To assist with the facilitation of the system-oriented activities including user adoption, training, organizational communications, system testing, configurations, and application roll-out.
Assist the administration, execution, and maintenance of systems performance work during Coupa releases and Onboarding projects.
To assists in the definition of Purchasing Operations reporting requirements and design of reporting processes.
Assist with internal and external audit exams, as required.
To perform daily system request through ticketing system and monitoring tasks to verify the system integrity and availability to Coupa instances.
Tracking and maintaining the status of requests though the productivity tracker.
Working on special projects that result from control testing, risk assessments, user feedback or management committee issues related to the system and/or other operational risk issue.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
Preferred educational background:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering; Master’s Degree a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certification from ISM or APICS is preferred
Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma manufacturing concept is a plus
Preferred experiential background:
2-5 years of experience in procurement in progressively responsible positions in a highly regulated/analytical manufacturing environment
Broad experience with ERP software
Specific experience configuring e Procurement systems is a plus
Strong procurement skills including spend analysis, negotiations, and supplier relationship management. Experience managing and acting to achieve KPIs such as savings target, cycle time reductions, etc.
Ability to identify a problem, work with extended team to frame it, determine root cause, drive to potential solutions, and build and present a business case
Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite of program
