The Employee Engagement Associate is responsible for the conceptualization, development, coordination, and implementation of company-initiated events and activities that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive workplace culture. This role plays a key part in promoting the company's core values and ensuring employees and their families feel connected and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Activity Management
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and activities, ensuring they align with the company's culture and engagement objectives.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns that instill the company's core values and improve employee morale.
- Plan and organize activities and programs designed to benefit employees and their families, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Vendor Liaison & Coordination
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers during the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth logistics and successful delivery of activities.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure events are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Employee Engagement & Experience Enhancement
- Stay informed of trends and best practices in employee engagement, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
- Proactively suggest and implement solutions to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Gather employee feedback through evaluation meetings and focus group discussions, using insights to shape future programs and activities.
Community Engagement & Volunteering
- Assist in planning volunteering activities that encourage all employees to participate and contribute to the community, strengthening the companys social responsibility efforts.
Planning & Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual plans and reports for employee engagement initiatives, tracking progress and outcomes to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Organize and participate in interdepartmental meetings to discuss and coordinate all company events and activities.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude towards supporting company initiatives.
- Be willing to take on additional responsibilities that contribute to a positive employee experience and foster a sense of community within the company.
Qualifications
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; prior experience in event planning, employee engagement, or related roles is a plus.
Experience in the BPO industry is preferred, with an understanding of BPO culture and employee needs.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative programs and activities that align with company values.
Familiarity with employee engagement trends and best practices is a plus.
Proactive and adaptable, with a strong desire to contribute to employee satisfaction and overall company culture.
