Salary Range: PHP 30,000.00 PHP - PHP 55,000.00

Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on paid media, SEO/SEM and CRM. This role requires 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing, working collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Manager and team members to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Expertise
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Linked In, Google Ads, and other paid media channels to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor campaign performance, make data-driven adjustments, and maximize ROI to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to define campaign goals and ensure paid media strategies are integrated with broader marketing efforts.
SEO & SEM Proficiency
  • Optimize website content and run PPC campaigns to improve search engine rankings and ROI.
  • Work closely with the SEO Specialist and Digital Marketing Manager to align paid and organic search strategies, leveraging SEO/SEM best practices for integrated marketing campaigns.
CMS & CRM Management
  • Manage content management systems (CMS) to ensure smooth content updates and website maintenance.
  • Oversee Hub Spot CRM management, ensuring accurate data entry, lead tracking, and proper segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with the Content Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure website content aligns with the editorial calendar, marketing goals, and CRM-driven personalization.
  • Data & Analytics
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hub Spot CRM) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
  • Report on key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement, ensuring that marketing strategies are data-driven.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze data and align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
Email Marketing & CRM Integration
  • Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, focusing on audience engagement and lead nurturing using Hub Spot CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure that email content reflects the company's messaging and values, leveraging CRM data for effective targeting.
Marketing Research & Insights
  • Conduct thorough marketing research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Leverage CRM data for segmentation and audience analysis to inform marketing decisions and support the development of targeted campaigns, in consultation with the Digital Marketing Manager.
Online Reputation & Crisis Management
  • Monitor brand perception across digital channels and promptly address issues as they arise.
  • Implement strategies to manage online crises, ensuring that the company's reputation is maintained and that potential damage is minimized.
  • Keep the Digital Marketing Manager informed of any potential issues and suggested crisis management actions.
Hub Spot CRM Management
  • Manage and maintain Hub Spot CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, lead tracking, and effective use of its automation tools to support marketing and sales alignment.
  • Use CRM data to create segmented lists for targeted marketing and personalized content delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement CRM-driven marketing automation strategies and ensure smooth integration with overall marketing efforts.
Adaptability & Continuous Learning
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning new tools, strategies, and technologies in the dynamic field of digital marketing.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities for professional growth and working with the Digital Marketing Manager to incorporate new skills into marketing strategies.
Event Support
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, ensuring they are integrated into marketing campaigns and content strategies.
  • Work with the Brand Marketing Officer, Social Media Specialist, and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure event-related content reaches the target audience effectively.
Strategic Initiative
  • Take initiative to propose and implement strategic digital marketing ideas, contributing to brand innovation and maintaining a competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing Officer, Social Media Specialist, and Content Marketing Specialist, to ensure cohesive digital campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, SEO/SEM, content management, and CRM.
  • Experience in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Ads, and others.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics).
  • Experience in managing web content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hub Spot CRM, etc., for data interpretation and insights generation.
  • Experience with Hub Spot CRM, including data management, lead tracking, segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of online reputation management and crisis management strategies.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for creating integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
