JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the overall performance of the branches within the district coverage, expansion of the branches by acquiring and developing new channels (dealers and agents) and oversee overall budget attainment in accordance with company standards to attain company goals and objectives in the five Key Result Areas: Branch Growth, Operational Efficiency & Remedial Management, Channel Relations & Sales/Marketing and Profit and Financial Control. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Business; preferably with post graduate degree in management (MBA).
A proven success in lower management position is the most important pre-requisite for becoming a District Manager; with at least (5) years in managing a branch operations
Thorough knowledge on credit policy, products and services
Motivated, organized and dedicated to continually improve branch operations
Excellent mentor and coaching skills, as well as the drive to continually exceed expectations
Significant success in sales performance and management experience
Ability to understand and analyze financial statements.
Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to effectively communicate professionally with guests, associates, supervisors, and others as required.
Ability to organize multiple projects; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet software
Preferably with valid driver's license and car/motorcycle .
Willing to handle Eastern Visayas District (Calbayog, Maasin, Ormoc, Tacloban Catarman)
