Summary of Functions
A Database Management Specialist stores and organizes the company's data and makes sure that data is available to users, and that it's kept secure from unauthorized access or accidental loss or corruption. Supports the Distribution Business and all future projects.
Functions:

• Evaluate database software purchases
• Supervises modifications to any existing database software to meet the needs of the YSU Group.
• Maintains the integrity and performance of company databases.
• Stores data securely and optimally
• Informs end users of changes in databases and trains them to utilize systems
• Ensures the security of company data
• Data entry
• Lead the Data Management requirements for new system projects
• Supervise direct reports and coordinate training for staff in new applications, software, and System
• Prepare special and ad hoc reports
• Create and Develop Power BI reports and Data Analytics
• Perform other related tasks given by the immediate Head from time to time.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Data Science and Analytics or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Data Analytics, Systems, and Software or equivalent.
• Provide similar services related to software, hardware, and enterprise system
