SALES SUPERVISOR
Summary of Functions
A Sales Supervisor oversees the Sales Team in making sure the overall company sales objective is met.
Functions:
- Leads, directs and motivates the sales team in order to achieve sales objectives.
- Generates sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Provides a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Coordinates sales activities from all areas for timely update of sales.
- Conducts visitation to accounts/area of distribution.
- Coordinates sales activities from all areas for timely update of sales.
- Follow-up delinquent accounts.
- Manages the sales agents.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in sales and marketing or business administration
- Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills
- Distribution and retail sales experience is an advantage
- Excellent leadership skill
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to travel
