Job Summary: Customer Service Representative Main objectives and duties: 1. Online Tickets Handling
Manages and resolves customer support tickets using Zen Desk.
Effectively addresses product or service issues by thoroughly understanding the customer's concerns.
Identifies the root cause of the problem, selects the most appropriate solution, and clearly communicates the resolution to the customer.
Responds to inquiries and concerns about products and/or services.
Utilizes available tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Processes customer orders and purchases of products and services.
Escalates complex issues to the relevant departments for quicker resolution.
Delivers an outstanding customer service experience.
2. Online and Social Media Accounts Customer Support
Responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
Addressing customer service inquiries and issues.
Managing customer feedback on social media platforms.
3. Complete Documentation
Ensure customer information is accurate and up-to-date in the existing database.
Maintain a precise and timely record of every customer transaction or interaction, ensuring professionalism.
Document all tasks thoroughly.
4. Compliance with Internal and Client Guidelines
Uphold a high standard of professionalism in interactions with customers and clients.
Build and maintain positive relationships with both customers and team members.
Adhere to the assigned weekly work schedules.
Offer timely feedback on recurring customer concerns or trends.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least a Senior High School graduate (or high school graduate under the previous curriculum), possess a vocational degree in any field, or have an equivalent qualification.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Basic proficiency in computer navigation and MS Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
