Counter Sales Representative (Urgent Hiring)
- Ensure customer satisfaction all the time through fast & accurate service
- Develop/increase customer base.
- Provide fast & accurate source of information by complying to reports. (report).
- Use/apply 5 steps to a tire, battery & lubricant sale.
- Use/apply telephone techniques.
- Prepare price quotation for Walk-in customers
- Prepare invoices for Walk-in customer.
- Facilitate and process Sales Returns and prepare pertaining form for such transaction.
- Develop/Increase Customer Base
- Maintain customer data files and keep these documents confidential.
- Perform telemarketing
- Practice upselling and always ask for referrals.
- Discover what to sell more to walk-in customers by asking more questions.
- Sales & Collection Journal (Daily),Sales Update (Daily), and Lost Sales (Weekly)
- Photocopies of invoices for Rebates and Claims
Graduate in Any Business Related Course
Willing to work during public holidays
willing to work overtime
Job Type: Full-time
