Qualification:

· Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on service excellence.
· Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must reside near Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Office Location: Alabang Hills, West Service Rd., Muntinlupa City) or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities include:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients.
· Identify potential corporate clients and create tailored proposals to meet their needs.
· Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and negotiations to secure business.
· Manage existing corporate accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within corporate organizations.
· Handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets set for corporate segments.
· Upsell and cross-sell resort services, including accommodations, meeting spaces, and guest activity programs.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional packages and offers.
· Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and bookings.
· Coordinate with the finance department for billing, payments, and contract agreements.
