The Compliance Manager manage administration and technical to the Compliance department in the implementation of total quality activities and overseeing the quality inspection that result in achieving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of processes. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage the daily Compliance activities in the plant. 2. Reviews all records accomplished by Compliance Staff and Supervisor prior to filing. 3. Check routine inspection on processing and production to ensure that the facility and personnel conforms to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements. 4. Monitors timeliness and orderliness of form completion both on compliance and Production personnel. 5. Monitors and adjusts manpower schedule of compliance as needed. 6. Prepares and monitors requisition of laboratory consumables and inventory report of all Compliance consumables 7. Initiates improvement projects related to product quality. 8. Assists in the investigation of product complaints. 9. Coordinates with other Unit Managers and/or Supervisors concerning quality aspects. 10. Enforces disciplinary actions as may be necessary to Compliance Staff in accordance with existing company policies and guidelines. 11. Ensures compliance to established HACCP / Food Safety Program. 12. Reports to superior any non-conformances observed that may result to food safety and quality issue. 13. Performs other duties/tasks that maybe assigned from time to time. Job Requirements/Competencies: Academic/Professional Qualifications: College Graduate preferably Science Related Course (BS Food Technology, BS Microbiology, BS Biology, BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineer) Relevant Experience: With at least one-three years of relevant working experience in quality control or quality assurance work. Skills/Competencies: ยง Technical o Knowledgeable in basic laboratory testing o Knowledgeable in operating basic laboratory equipment o Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, Quality Management System, Food Safety and Quality Assurance o Knowledgeable in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Operations o Analytical and research oriented o Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications and other computer related basics) o With good oral and written communication skills o Resourceful, organized and systematic Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
