1. Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed.
2. Monitor and records the patient’s condition
3. Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
4. Conduct inventory of medicines and other clinic supplies twice a month.
5. Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
6. Secure and ensure that all sick employees submit “fit to work” certificate
7. Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
8. Monitors absenteeism rate due to sickness and conducts home visit as needed.
9. Assist employees on their sickness and maternity benefits and claims
10. Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees
11. Processes registration and renewal of medical permits
12. Plans and implements special clinic projects such as vaccinations, free ECG, FBS, blood testing, EENT consultation
13. Process Health Care benefits and claims for employees and members
14. Prepares and analyze monthly reports such as Illness report and DOLE report
15. Facilitate the cooperative’s wellness, family welfare and health programs
16. Performs other related activities as may be assigned from time to time such as medical mission and PMES.
