Duties and Responsibilities
1. Accountability: Selling (Developing new accounts).
Open, penetrate and convert the required number of outlets to reach distribution and productivity objectives. Use the profit story to leverage opportunities in the account. Sell and execute all relevant SDO’s. Notify Operation Supervisor of all new account opportunities and ask for support. 2. Accountability: Merchandising Maintain and increase facings for all your products. Merchandise, stock and “sanitize” visi-cooler. Put warm display and utilize relevant POS materials to stimulate sales. Clean display areas, rotate products and update pricing. 3. Accountability: Servicing Call on each account as scheduled in the RADAR/ Route Call Schedule report. Build and maintain an updated route information through the relevant TU tools (Scoresheets, RADAR, Route books and route maps). Create, develop and maintain goodwill in every account. 4. Accountability: Other Related Duties Report in clean and neat uniform at the scheduled starting time. 5. Measures: Completed Call rate (per day) Productive Call rate (per day) Drop size (cases/ outlet) Number of Outlets Buying (outlets/ month) Number of outlets opened (per month) Sales Volume (cases/ day)
Qualifications
-At least college level or high school graduate
-Can drive a 6 wheeler truck with a professional driver’s license code 1, 2 and 3 -Preferably with marketing skills, very good coordinating skills and customer service skills -Must be trustworthy and compliant Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php11,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month Benefits:
