Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Registered Nurse.
· Open for candidates without working experience yet.
· Amenable to work as a 3 months reliever
· Amenable to attend face to face interview - 1 day hiring process.
· Can start as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the health and wellness of all employees. Attend medical concerns of employees.
• Provide first aid assistance to employees requiring emergency treatment.
• Evaluate sickness for issuance of medicines.
• Prepare requisition of medicines and medical supplies as the need arises.
• Facilitates and assist on hospitalization needs of employees.
• Educate employees about health promotion and prevention.
• Perform blood pressure monitoring of all employees when necessary.
• Monitors employees filed sick leaves.
• Conduct home visit to employees who are absent for 3 consecutive days because of illness.
• Checks and maintains medical record of all employees with utmost confidentiality.
• Assist all employees with regards to health care insurance inquiries or verifications.
• Maintain and update a Master List file File of employees who are entitled to company medical benefits.
