JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for managing a branch operation in accordance with the company standards to attain company goals and objectives in the following Key Result Areas: Operational Efficiency, Sales/Marketing, Collection Efficiency, Remedial Management, Real & Other Property Owned & Acquired (ROPOA) Management and Net Income Before Tax (NIBT). JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Acts quickly, sense of urgency, able to meet deadlines.
Ability to deal and handle people, able to guide, teach, coach, mentor, train, develop and motivate people into an effective, efficient and well-coordinated work force
Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet software.
Candidate must be willing to be assigned in CARMEN Branch.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
