Responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly branch sales targets.
Responsible for driving and sustaining sales growth
Ensures branch profitability
Ensures that walk-in clients are well-assisted and converted into sales
Creates quotations/proposals for prospective clients, detailing supplies, ACU installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance services (PMS)
Meets with prospective clients and handles meetings in the absence of sales personnel. Follows up on pending proposals until the deal is closed
Conducts site visits to ongoing projects
Responsible for sales and marketing activities
Coordinates with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, and achieve common goals.
Trains branch personnel on product offerings and effective sales techniques.
Responsible for overseeing and achieving the overall KPI and sales performance of the sales personnel.

Should be on top of every customer complaint before escalation to Head Office

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
