Job Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Conduct recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for branch employees.

Operational Management:
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and controlling stock levels.
Ensure branch compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Sales and Customer Service:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet branch targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and management of branch expenses.
Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
Marketing and Business Development:
Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Commerce preferably Major in Sales & Marketing, Economics, Accounting or Financial Manager.
3-5 years of working experience in the same field.
Knowledgeable on confilct management, problem solving and analyzing data.
With good communication & interpersonal skills.
Able understand administrative & clerical procedures.
Computer Savvy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power point).
With excellent negotiation, managerial and leadership skills.
