Job Summary Ensures that the collateral being financed or leased is adequately protected, with the exception of transactions with client. Duties and Responsibilities
Requests issuance of policy from accredited insurance company thru OIA once the client and/or AO/MA confirms issuance
Monitors submission of policy renewal of all Branch Office accounts with outstanding balances
Generates and sends renewal advice to Branch Office clients with expiring policies
Encodes all necessary information/data to update the AMSCORE and NAV for all renewal policies received
Initiates the renewal of insurance cover of all company assets
Coordinates with OIA for issuance of Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) policies used for the transfer of ownership for fully paid accounts of OMLF
Generates a list of expiring policies on the 120th day prior to expiration and forwards it to the OIA for a quotation. Clients receive notifications from the IAA for 90, 60, and 30 days, which include the quotation.
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Any four (4) year business related course
At least with experience from banking or financial industry or its equivalent
Familiar with MS Office, keen on details, fast learner, high attitude and easy to adapt
With good communication skills
Good analytical, interpersonal and technical skills
