Responsible for managing the overall operations, focusing on trading and banking/lending management. Implement strategic plans, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure policies are followed. Key duties include driving performance against business plans, developing external partnerships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manages savings and loan operations, achieve targets, promote products, oversee loan processing, monitor receivables, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction and effective team management.
QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably graduate of Industrial Engineering or any business course
- Possesses proficiency on the use of computer;
- Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational, project management and analytical skills;
- Exhibits leadership skills while establishing and maintaining good interpersonal relationship;
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal;
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain business networks effectively;
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must have at least 3-year experience in cooperative setting and agriculture business or leading a diverse group of functions for medium size organization;
- With experience on financial recording and reporting procedure.
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
