Job Summary: The Branch Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the branch, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with company policies, and effective management of financial resources. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and supervision of the accounting team to support the branch’s strategic objectives and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: -Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the branch’s budget and financial forecasts.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to branch management.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and other financial documentation.
-Accounting and Reporting:
Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and manage the branch’s internal and external audit processes.
-Internal Controls:
Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard the branch’s assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks and discrepancies.
-Operational Support:
Provide financial analysis and support for branch operations, including cost control, pricing strategies, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
Collaborate with branch management to develop and execute strategic plans and operational improvements.
-Team Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting staff, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the finance team.
-Compliance and Regulation:
Stay current with relevant financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
-Financial Systems:
Manage and optimize financial software and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Any Business Related Course is preferable but other Courses are Welcome to Apply;
Must be proficient in using MS Office and other related applications
Has Good Communication and Customer Relation Skills
Can do multi-tasking
With experience is a PLUS.
Willing to be assigned at SAN NICOLAS TARLAC CITY TARLAC
