- Graduate of BSBA-Human Resource, or any business related course.
- Has experience in HR task and accounting task
- Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workspace
- Monitor and use office equipment and materials (computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, physical files, etc.)
- Report any problems with work activities; help resolve the issues if possible
- Answer phones, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed
- Receive and manage raw materials and etc. in warehouse
- Computer literate; proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel
- Confident using office machinery (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can start ASAP.
Pay: Php11,400.00 - Php13,400.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
